We work super hard to make sure your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse usually within 24-48 hours. Some items may take longer to ship such as bedding etc or items shipped directly by a brand. Tracking information for your shipment will always be shared with you for updates.

You will be able then see your points balance and also the vouchers you can redeem with your points. Once you have selected your voucher, click on redeem and you will have a coupon code which you can use.
