We work super hard to make sure your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse usually within 24-48 hours. Some items may take longer to ship such as bedding etc or items shipped directly by a brand. Tracking information for your shipment will always be shared with you for updates.
On the bottom right corner of the website, there will be a red icon. Click on that icon, and log into your account. You will be able then see your points balance and also the vouchers you can redeem with your points. Once you have selected your voucher, click on redeem and you will have a coupon code which you can use.
No, not all items are returnable or exchangeable. Every product page will outline this.

Prepaid orders above Rs 599 (post any discounts applied) are free of charge for delivery. Any prepaid orders below Rs 599 have a flat Rs 50 charge on them. All COD orders have a flat Rs 70 charge.
