My cat's aren't a fan

First of all, I'd like to mention that the MRP of this product was 295/- but this product was sold to me at 350 or something. Shouldn't this be illegal petsy? Anyway the toothbrushes alone are okay, but my cats don't really like the toothpaste so it's just sitting there
