We work super hard to make sure your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse usually within 24-48 hours. Some items may take longer to ship such as bedding etc or items shipped directly by a brand. Tracking information for your shipment will always be shared with you for updates.

Absolutely must have!

This is a must have for pet owners - Kong Cloud Collar is a better alternative to the traditional cone. We got this as our GSD got spayed, initially for a week we used the traditional cone on her and as soon as we got the delivery from Petsy we put this Kong Collar on her.
Pros of this collar -
1. better air circulation around the ears and the neck of the pet
2. Better view - there are no restrictions or hindrances for the pet to see around him/ here, thereby they feel better to wear this collar versus the cone
3. easier to eat food and drink water
4. restricted access to the stitches
5. our pup definitely slept better and easier with this on
