We work super hard to make sure your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse usually within 24-48 hours. Some items may take longer to ship such as bedding etc or items shipped directly by a brand. Tracking information for your shipment will always be shared with you for updates.

You will be able then see your points balance and also the vouchers you can redeem with your points. Once you have selected your voucher, click on redeem and you will have a coupon code which you can use.
No, not all items are returnable or exchangeable. Every product page will outline this.

Prepaid orders above Rs 1000 (post any discounts applied) are free of charge for delivery. Any prepaid orders below Rs 1000 have a flat Rs 50 charge on them. All COD orders have a flat Rs 70 charge.

Instructions to use:

  1. Empty cage, for animal, bedding, feed and toys.
  2. Shake the Trixie Cage Clean Spray before use.
  3. Spray onto floor and walls, rub in and let it work for a couple of minutes.
  4. Then mop up and leave cage to dry before putting bedding, feed & animal back in.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All Petsy orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. 

  • 0-3 working days delivery for orders within Mumba
  • 2-7 working days delivery for orders from other towns/cities in India.
