We work super hard to make sure your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse usually within 24-48 hours.
Some items may take longer to ship such as bedding etc or items shipped directly by a brand.

On the bottom right corner of the website, there will be a red icon. Click on that icon, and log into your account. You will be able then see your points balance and also the vouchers you can redeem with your points. Once you have selected your voucher, click on redeem and you will have a coupon code which you can use.
Prepaid orders above Rs 750 (post any discounts applied) are free of charge for delivery. Any prepaid orders below Rs 750 have a flat Rs 50 charge on them.
