We work super hard to make sure your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse usually within 24-48 hours. Some items may take longer to ship such as bedding etc or items shipped directly by a brand. Tracking information for your shipment will always be shared with you for updates.

Once you have selected your voucher, click on redeem and you will have a coupon code which you can use.
No, not all items are returnable or exchangeable. Every product page will outline this.

Prepaid orders above Rs 1000 (post any discounts applied) are free of charge for delivery. Any prepaid orders below Rs 1000 have a flat Rs 50 charge on them. All COD orders have a flat Rs 70 charge.

Petsy Tip: Adequate daily exercise should help to keep nails in good condition and at a good length as nails are naturally worn down. However, nails that don’t touch the ground surface such as the ‘thumb’ nails higher up on the feet, may need to be trimmed occasionally to prevent them from getting too long, curling over and digging into the skin.

  • 24 hours for orders within Metro Mumbai.
  • 2-7 working days delivery for orders from other towns/cities in India.
